How much notice do you need if I want to cancel?

This is dependant on the size of your event and can vary between 24 hours and several weeks. Please enquire when booking.


Are you able to help us promote our event?

We have a Facebook and Twitter page and we would happily help you promote your event via our social media.


What accommodation is close by?

Shrewsbury has a number of accommodation providers within a short drive to find a list visit http://www.originalshrewsbury.co.uk/visit/stay/.


Can I come and look round before hand?

No problem, we are always happy to show you around the centre just call or email to arrange. If you don’t have time to look round then you can always look round from the comfort of your office with our Google business photo.


What are your opening times?

The centre is open Monday – Friday 8.15 am – 6.00pm. However, the centre can hold events out of these times including, breakfast meetings, evenings and weekends.


Is there disabled access and parking?

The Conference Centre has disabled access and facilities throughout, including disabled parking spaces.


Is there parking?

We are situated on the grounds of the Shrewsbury Hospital; however, we have our own dedicated private parking for our visitors.


How can the rooms be laid out?

Many of our rooms feature sliding walls and partitions so we can create a space that’s the perfect size and shape for your needs.


Can you cater for different dietary requirements?

Everything is freshly prepared on site, using only the freshest ingredients, sourced locally where possible. Our catering team can cater for a wide range of requirements where possible.


What happens if your equipment breaks?

We regularly test our equipment and ensure it is in good working order, however we also have spare equipment that we can use in case of emergencies.


Do you have Wi-Fi?

We have free Wi-Fi throughout the conference centre.
